Provided Clear Information
We've used Horizon for a couple of different pest issues, one prevention the other removal, and both issues were handled with the upmost professionalism and expertise. First and foremost, you can tell the technicians know their stuff. Very knowledgeable about the pests we were looking to remove/prevent and devised a plan quickly. Additionally, we have two young children, and two dogs, so we were of course concerned. Again, the technicians knew exactly what they were talking about and provided clear parameters and when to avoid the treated areas and for how long. Super Friendly and Knowledgeable
